How LottoData handles account information, saved-number content, ticket-tracking data, and support requests.
This page explains the practical information LottoData uses to run the website, accounts, saved-number workflows, ticket-tracking features, payments through third-party processors, and product support. LottoData does not sell lottery tickets or process wagers.
Information you give us
LottoData may collect your name, email address, account credentials, saved number-set labels, ticket labels, ticket notes, newsletter preferences, and messages you send through support or Ask Lotto features.
If you use generator presets, saved sets, ticket-tracking tools, or creator-style grouped batches, that content is stored so your account can stay organized across sessions and devices.
Payments and upgrades
Paid upgrades are handled through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. LottoData stores payment and subscription status needed to activate features, but payment-card details are handled by the processor.
The mobile app currently hands billing off to the LottoData website rather than embedding payment-provider logic in the app itself.
Product activity, logs, and security
LottoData may store basic analytics, attribution, ticket-scan metadata, form-submission, rate-limit, anti-spam, and security logs to keep the product stable, reduce abuse, and understand which workflows are working.
AI or chatbot interactions may be logged so the assistant can be monitored, improved, and kept aligned with responsible-use rules.
Ticket images and scan text
If you use the mobile ticket scanner, LottoData may store the ticket numbers you confirm, optional raw OCR text, ticket labels, and related ticket-tracking notes tied to your account.
The MVP scanner is designed for organization and review. Users should verify official results and ticket details with official lottery sources before taking action on any saved ticket.
Cookies and session usage
LottoData uses session cookies, login state, theme preferences, and related browser storage needed for account access, product continuity, and basic UX features such as keeping Ask Lotto conversation history visible during the current session.
Support and deletion requests
If you need help with your account, support, privacy requests, or account deletion questions, use the contact path listed on the site. LottoData can review account-related requests through that support channel.
Children's Privacy
LottoData is intended for adults and users who are legally permitted to participate in lottery-related activities in their location. LottoData is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed for use by children.
LottoData does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to LottoData, contact support@lottodata.com.
